Michelle's Bio
Michelle Seperich is a bilingual Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping children
feel understood and supported in the places and activities that are part of their everyday lives.
She has experience working with young children and families across clinical, community, and
early childhood settings, and particularly enjoys the opportunity to work alongside families and
educators to understand what helps a child feel comfortable, regulated, engaged, and ready to
participate.
Michelle takes a neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based, and relationship-centred approach to
therapy. She believes that children’s behaviours and challenges are best understood with
curiosity, compassion, and a desire to understand what lies beneath the surface. Her work
considers the whole picture — including sensory processing, regulation, motor skills,
communication, interests, relationships, and the demands of the environment — to better
understand a child’s individual experience and what might help them participate more
successfully.
Her clinical interests include sensory processing and regulation, complex feeding and selective
eating, and supporting children with developmental differences. Michelle values practical,
individualized intervention and enjoys finding ways to weave therapeutic strategies into the
routines, relationships, and environments where children naturally learn and grow.
At the heart of Michelle’s approach is the belief that connection comes first. She aims to create
supportive relationships where children can be themselves, build confidence, and develop new
skills at their own pace — while empowering the adults around them with a deeper
understanding of their child and meaningful ways to help them thrive.
