
Martine's Bio
Martine earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Therapy from St. Joseph University (Beirut) in 2009 and completed her Master’s Degree in 2016. Her clinical career began in Lebanon before she moved to the United Arab Emirates in 2014, and most recently to Canada, where she became CASLPO certified in 2025.
With 17 years of international experience, Martine has practiced in diverse settings, including early intervention centres, inclusive schools, rehabilitation hospitals, mental health clinics, and private practice.
She is a Hanen® certified therapist and has completed training in Gestalt Language Processing (GLP), foundational levels of Talk Tools® for Oral Placement Therapy, and Parental Guidance through Systemic Therapy principles.
Martine’s extensive background with diverse profiles allows her to view every child holistically. She is dedicated to a neurodiversity-affirming approach, moving beyond traditional models to celebrate each individual's unique communication style. Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, she provides culturally and linguistically responsive, evidence-based care, striving to create an environment where children and their families feel truly understood and empowered.
