Sushma's Bio

Tammali Sushma is a Communication Disorders Assistant with a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the All India Institute of Speech and Hearing. She is currently undergoing her accreditation to practice as an SLP in Canada.

Sushma has 3 years of experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist in India. She is passionate about supporting Autistic children through a neuroaffirming and child-led lens. She has a special interest in Autism, childhood apraxia of speech, speech sound disorders, Down syndrome, motor speech disorders, and adult language disorders.

She values a bottom-up approach in her sessions and strives to integrate current research into her clinical practice. Her additional training includes Gestalt Language Processing, Comprehensive Oral Sensory Motor Intervention (COSMI), Blomberg Rhythmic Movement Training (BRMT), Brain Gym, and continuing education in executive function. She provides support in both English and Telugu.
